Nancy Coughlin RN, DDS
Dr. Coughlin completed an RN program at Hospital for Joint Diseases in NYC and then transitioned to dental school at NYU. In 1988 she graduated New York University College of Dentistry with honors and the academic award for excellence and leadership. She continued with a General Practice residency at New York Hospital Queens.
While maintaining a private practice at Rockefeller Center, Dr. Coughlin held a part time clinical professorship for 10 years at New York Hospital Queens teaching Cosmetic Dentistry.
Her present practice of General Dentistry is combined with cosmetic dentistry, mild orthodontics with Invisalign and Sleep Apnea management with dental appliances when indicated.
While practicing at Rockefeller Center for more than 25 years, she maintains an active membership in the Spears Dental Education Group, Rockefeller Center Study Club, NY Academy of Dentistry, American Dental Association and the New York Dental Society.
Dr. Coughlin and her husband live in NYC. They are the proud parents of 2 professional adult children.
Fara Vossughi DDS, MS
Periodontist and Implantologist
An empathetic, well rounded and technology driven, Dr. Vossughi is best known by her patients for being a great listener and a very thorough person.
She received her dental degree with honors from the University of Frankfurt in Germany and later relocated to NY where she obtained her Dental and Periodontal degree along with a masters in Periodontics at Columbia University School of Dental Medicine.
While 20 years in private practice, Dr. Vossughi has also maintained a part time position as a clinical instructor in the graduate periodontal program at her alma mater, Columbia.
American Dental Association, the 9th District Dental Society and the American Academy of Periodontology are her current affiliations and she recently received the 2021 Educator Award from the latter.
In addition to her passion for dentistry, she is the proud mom of two wonderful children.
A savvy runner, Dr. Vossughi also enjoys painting contemporary art pieces as well as photography and always finds time to go for a bike ride everywhere she goes.

When not here at her second home, she’s at her first one, spending quality time with her boys and husband of many years, Bill.
Ping Mei has been assisting Dr. Coughlin for more than 15 years. Every day she is eager to come to work because she is passionate about her job. Assisting has allowed her to gain valuable knowledge and skills to provide high quality care to all of our dental patients. Calm, collected, and soft spoken, Ping really knows how to bring serenity to the treatment room, and makes the doctor’s performance very smooth.
Ping loves traveling and outdoor activities including biking, hiking and ice skating.
Diana has been our dental assistant for more than 9 years and works in the treatment area assisting with cosmetic and restorative procedures and is the primary surgical assistant for the periodontist.
She ensures that our patients feel comfortable, before, during and after treatment to help every individual have a speedy and comfortable recovery.
In addition to her direct patient care, Diana is also very instrumental in assisting with practice management. This ensures a wonderful bridge of continuity for the patients and the practice.
In her free time, Diana loves being with her 3 children, and teaching her 6 grandchildren salsa and Spanish
